William B. Underwood, M.A., ABOM, FNAO, FCLSA(H) is the Program Director for the Opticianry program at Hillsborough Community College, Tampa, Florida. He received his Associate degree in Opticianry from Erie Community College, Buffalo, New York. Bill earned his Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Education from the University of South Florida. Mr. Underwood is an ABO Master Optician, NCLE certified, and licensed in the states of New York and Florida. He is a Fellow of the National Academy of Opticianry, an Honored Fellow of the Contact Lens Society of America, and current President of the National Federation of Opticianry Schools. Mr. Underwood lectures frequently at state and national meetings.

Mrs. Green is the program director of the J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College Opticianry program in Richmond, Virginia. Mrs. Green has an Associate degree in Opticianry from J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College, a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master of Science in Occupational and Technical Education from Old Dominion University. She is a board member of the Contact Lens Society of America and the Opticians Association of Virginia and is a fellow member of the National Academy of Opticianry. Mrs. Green is an ABO Master Optician and a Fellow of the Contact Lens Society of America. She is a licensed optician in her home state of Virginia and has industry experience in both private and retail optical settings. Mrs. Green has lectured at state and national meetings, and has written several articles for national trade publications.

Professor John F. Godert is head of the Department of Ophthalmic Dispensing at Erie Community College in Buffalo, New York. Godert is licensed in the state of New York as an ophthalmic dispenser and contact lens practitioner. He is certified by the American Board of Opticianry as an optician and by the National Contact Lens Examiners as a contact lens technician. He is an active memher of the New York State Society of Opticians, a fellow of the National Academy of Opticianry, and secretary of the National Federation of Opticianry Schools. He serves as an advisor to the Student Optical Society of Erie Community College and is Clinical Director of the Community Eye Clinic in Buffalo.

Michael Szczerbiak ABOM, NCLE-AC, LDO is the Program Director and instructor for the Opticianry program Durham Technical Community College in NC. He is a North Carolina licensed optician, certified by the American Board of Opticianry as a Master Optician and the National Contact Lens Examiners, Advanced Certified. Mike is an Honored Fellow in the Opticians Association of America and a Fellow of the National Academy of Opticianry. He is past chairperson for the Commission on Opticianry Accreditation and also the past president of the National Federation of Opticianry Schools. Mike is an experienced Vision Expo faculty member, member of Essilor Speakers Bureau, and now serves on the OAA Board of Directors as an Individual Member representative.

Randy has more than 20 years of opticianry experience, including positions as Opticianry Program director at Arkansas State University Mountain Home, J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College, Richmond, Va., faculty member of the Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University, optical director at Vision Care Associates, Aberdeen, S.D., and manager of The Glasses Place, Minneapolis, Minn., and wholesale optical experience with Soderberg Optical in St. Paul, MN. Randy holds an associate’s degree in ophthalmic dispensing from Ferris State University, a bachelor’s degree in industrial administration from Iowa State University and a master’s degree in career and technical education from Ferris State University. He is a member of several professional organizations, has guest lectured at numerous conventions, expos and workshops, and has written a number of articles for Vision Care Products News magazine and other periodicals throughout his career. Is a member of the board of directors for the ABO/NCLE and the National Federation of Opticianry Schools.
