Surface reflections in glasses
Look at the diagram in Systems for Ophthalmic Dispensing, page 342.
These are the types of reflections that might bother the glasses wearer.
Because each reflection is about 4-6% of the incident light, the reflections will be noticeable only under certain conditions.
